This Privacy Policy covers Elevate Mental Health Limited's ("Elevate Mental Health") treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information")and other data that Elevate Mental Health gathers when a Clients access the Elevate Mental Health website www.thinkelevate.co.za and its related services and functionalities (collectively the "Services"). 

1.     Collection and usage of personal information 
1.1 Elevate Mental Health may receive and store the Personal Information that a Client enters while accessing the website or using the Services, or which a Client provides to Elevate Mental Health in any other way. Personal Information will include: Client name, profile of a Client which links to his/her contracting to services, and other personal information regarding a Client's use of the Services.
1.2 Personal Information provided by Clients will be used by Elevate Mental Health for such purposes as allowing communicating with Client about relevant notifications, and communicating with Client about Elevate Mental Health services. Elevate Mental Health may also draw upon this Personal Information in order to adapt the Services to client needs.  
1.3 When a Client accesses the website contact form or uses the Services, Elevate Mental Health receives and records this information about the Client.  
1.4 Elevate Mental Health will neither rent nor sell Client's Personal Information to anyone. Elevate Mental Health may share Client's Personal Information only as described in this Privacy Policy. 

2.     Sharing of personal information 
2.1 Elevate Mental Health may disclose Personal Information of any Client,including where necessary with other companies and organizations, when Elevate Mental Health in good faith believes that such release is necessary to: comply with the law, including laws outside the Client's country of residence; protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevate Mental Health, our employees, other Clients,or others; and investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or Elevate Mental Health of the terms and conditions of using the Website. 
2.2 Elevate Mental Health will neither rent nor sell Client's Personal Information to anyone. Elevate Mental Health may share Client's Personal Information only as described in this Privacy Policy. 

3.     Cookies 
3.1 The Website may use cookie technology to improve client experience on the Website and gather data for web site statistical reporting. Cookie technology does not capture individual email address or any Personal Information. 
3.2 A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website that is saved on a client'shard disk by the client's computer's browser. It holds information a site may need to personalize a client's experience and gathers web site statistical data, such as which pages are visited, what is downloaded, the Internet provider's domain name and country that visitors come from and the addresses of sites visited immediately before and after coming to the Website. However, none of this is associated with a Client as an individual and is measured only in aggregate. 
3.3 To browse without cookies, a Client can configure his/her browser to reject all cookies or to notify Client when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different,so Client should check the "Help" menu of his/her browser to learn how to change Client's cookie preferences.) A Client's experience of the Website may be different if Client sets his/her browser to block cookies. 

4.     Security of personal information 
4.1 While Elevate Mental Health endeavors to safeguard each Client's Personal Information to ensure that each Client's account information is kept private, Elevate Mental Health cannot completely guarantee the security of Client's account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of Client information at any time and the Client understands, acknowledges, and assumes this risk. 

5.     Changes to privacy policy 
5.1 Elevate Mental Health may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. The terms governing use, collection and storage of Personal Information will be the terms prevailing at the time when such Personal Information is submitted or provided in any other way to Elevate Mental Health by the Client. If Elevate Mental Health makes material changes in the Privacy Policy, Clients registered at the time of such changes will be notified by Elevate Mental Health posting an announcement on our Website or sending such Clients an email. Clients are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the Website or any of the Services after such changes have been first notified.
